We can transform any sized function room, sports hall or marquee into a fully working, fabulous fun casino.
The casino features real size Blackjack and Roulette tables with a uniformed, professional croupier at each table. Our charismatic croupiers are trained to show how the games are played and have fun with your guests. We also include themed background music, master of ceremonies and ambient lighting with all our fundraiser packages to create an exciting atmosphere.
As Entertainment Ideas have the largest casino hire company in NI & Ireland, we can perform anywhere from Belfast to Dublin and beyond.
Because we are simply providing themed entertainment, you do not require a special gaming license to operate a fun casino.
You only pay a fixed fee for the hire of the fun casino. We don’t take any percentage of your takings for the night.
The best way to raise funds with our casino is to sell tickets for your event. Ticket sales should make a profit, cover our fixed fee and also any other options such as a DJ, Band or Food.
On the night the entry ticket should include a set amount fun money (Usually around $200) to help get your guests started on the tables. We set a minimum table bet of $10 which gives your guests around 20 hands/spins with their ticket. As the casino odds always favour the house, most guests will have to buy more money.
When you’ve decided to book your evening through Entertainment Ideas, you know you’re in good hands. All we need to fully secure your date is a set of signed booking documents, which we’ll email to you, and a deposit, which can be paid in a variety of ways depending on what’s most convenient for you. We offer 24/7 customer support from the time you first book, right up to the end of your event.
Our casino allows for up to three hours of gaming time, and requires a set up time of up to 1 hour before your event, though early set ups are possible.
You can set up a donations desk so when guests go bust so they can buy additional fun money at an exchange rate (e.g. £10/€10 Donation = $100 fun money). You have to provide a volunteer to manage the donations desk as our croupiers cannot accept cash at the tables.
After the 3 hours of gaming, our casino manager will start closing the tables and counting the chips. The aim of the game is that the person with the most amount of chips/money left wins the first prize. You can also have prizes for 2nd, 3rd and 4th etc..
Most organisations get prizes donated by sponsors such as TV’s, Ipads, Holiday Vouchers, Hampers and Drinks prizes. The bigger the prize – the bigger the donations! Please do not offer a cash prize as this can lead to complications and is against the law.
You can approach local business to sponsor each casino table. Sponsors can place their pop up banner or business cards/promo material on the tables in return for a fixed fee donation.
This is a really lucrative way of raising funds. The roulette wheel has the numbers 0 – 36 (37 numbers in total). Your guests can buy a number for £5/€5 per slot.
Once the raffle is full, we will spin the roulette wheel and the winning number wins the prize. You can offer a prize or a cash prize of £90/€90 for the winning number.
You can perform as many roulette raffles as you like on the night. Roulette raffles can be sold in advance, which is perfect for organisations with committee members who can sell to family, friends and workplaces in advance.

We usually require the area of a king sized bed, roughly 3m x 3m per table. We also recommend that you place the tables near walls, especially if you’ve opted for the platinum package, as it allows us to use our LED uplighters to maximum effect.
Ideally, your fun casino would be set up easiest in a ground floor venue. However, our tables are fully transportable, and can work in any building.
We’ll require a power source to run our sound and lighting equipment from.
